You still need cash. The family practice building cost me $160,500 and I believe the hospital is around $193,000, so I'm putting off on buying land for now.

Indeed. I have found that I make money so quickly now with so many characters and buildings that I don't ever really want for anything cash-related. Oh, if only that were the case in real life...
