i posted the same question not long ago. yes, it started again with the space update. game did it a year or so ago and an update fixed it the first time. im using an ipad also.

Yes mine has been doing this quite a bit in the last few days. It happened periodically before, but it's happened quite frequently since the thread the OP referred to was posted - (it's several pages back now, so that's probably why you had trouble locating it):
