That's games not balloons. And since I've played 3 games with 3 balloons each for 46 days (+/- a few hours) that's 1242 balloons = 4x5 = 20 donuts or 4x50 = 200 donuts. Since I just got 5 donuts I'd have to say no its not 300 balloons.
Oh I just remembered you don't build SSY right away (unless you use donuts) so adjust the amount of days it took till you build it and play the first game. So Nov 8 for speedy donuts and a few days later for the rest of us.
wikisimpsons is a very unreliable source of info. Also your math is WAY off. After 30 days, that's only 270 balloons (you only get 9 balloons a day). It would take 34 days minimum to reach 300 balloons. Since most people haven't tapped all possible chances, the first group of people to reach 300 balloons would be about day 36-40. We're now on day 46.

It takes 3 days to build SSY and 33.33 days to pop 300 balloons that would be Sept 5-6. I got my 5 donuts a week later when I poped @ 387 balloons. So like I said before when you get 300 balloons/ games you will get 5/50 donuts and you will get them exactly when you get 300 and not 301,310,333, or 387 (you get my point now). And I'd imagine there would be a separate pop up to congratulate you for getting 300 and hears some donuts.
You have a 1% chance to win 5 donuts by poping 3 balloons. ( you might get this )
And you have a 100% guarantee to get some donuts when you hit 300 games. ( you will get this )
