You are not the first who has posted about a duplicate KBBL. I saw a post back on August about this, and they couldn't place it either, nor could they seem to move on to get the next Friendship Prize, if I am recalling correctly.
Definitely contact EA - they should be a aware of this issue already (I say this because I believe the other person contacted them, and it has probably happened to several other people - if it's not a known issue it's good to let them know about the issue so they can flag it).
Go on to EAs website. Find customer support (should be located at the bottom of the web page). From there I believe it asks you to select the game. It gives you 3 options to contact: web chat, call back or email. Email support sometimes can take a long time, depending on the number of tickets they are dealing with. Try web chat. It will show you an estimate of how long you have to wait to chat with a rep. Call back is also another option. It gives you an estimate of how long it will take for a rep to call you back.

EDIT: if you are using web chat or call back DO NOT use the device you use to play the game to contact them. They will most likely ask you to troubleshoot the game. Also have your mayhem ID ready. You can find this in your game - go to the build menu, select the gear. In options, select Info (view), then select about. Your mayhem ID is located there.
