HELP **Known fixes** Harp/Noise loop/crashing/not loading/can't connect to server

Got harped on my primary town earlier for the first time and cleared it in 10 minutes and ended up with 900 free donuts.

Yes, a HUGE thanks to everyone who has been helping! :D That's the only thing keeping me from getting all frustrated and ticked off, knowing that there's a good chance my game will get fixed in the next day or so.

well that's not a good sign, people have been saying that today's update was the harp fix update. :?

Just got the harp of death. I'm on a iPhone 4 and cleared level 26 and was on the bonus level. Can someone please help.

its * all I can surmise from this is EA still have not programmed levels 27, 28 or 29 and will not fix the Harp of Death as it only seems to affect iPad3 & iPad4 and iPhone 5 users, not everyone....

I'm on an iPhone 4 and it happened to me but clifflirt fixed mine for me. My kids are both playing on 4th gen iPods but they haven't reached level 26 yet so I don't know if it'll affect them. They're sort of hoping it does so they can get a whole bunch of donuts out of it. :wink:

I play on an iPad 2 and have been harped three times so it has definitely nothing to do with the device.

About the many donuts suddenly sitting in your account after being harped, well there is a bug that quite often plays the bonus donut game over and over again once the harp freeze has been broken. There are two ways to stop the loop of the bonus donut game: exiting the game (and not getting the donuts) or playing the bonus game over and over, collecting the donuts, until the game crashes.

A little update. I got the harp of death yesterday using the iPhone 4. I sent pm's to people with no responce so before I went to bed I decided to do the iPhone 5 fix. I stated the game and let it crash. It then promted me to reboot. After that it kept doing the cannot connect to server thing. I got board of trying to reconnect for about 15 min and decided to go to bed. I did not exit out of the server reconnect page. I woke up this morning and tried one more time to reconnect and this time I'm in. I'm back in the game. The only problem is I am about 46000 points into level 26 which I cleared yesterday and was in 27. I lost some useless game progress but it did give me the donut bonus choice again. So I was able to get 2 more donuts. Not the 1000 people are claiming.
