HEre we go again

done the xmas update, and now every time i go to play the game it has to reload from scratch, not very good when out and having to download 1.5gb, contacted support on the last special event the same problem, still no answer they arent interested seen all the help files about space needed and to download again, all done no good results, think its time to give up on games,
5 years playing, level 205, millions in the bank, but i just dont spend the money EA wants you to spend on doughnuts

fix up EA your are just pumping out bug ridden updates

  • You didn't mention what device you're using. Even if you have space, the game develops beyond the capability of older devices. That's why they begrudgingly add more to the decoration limits. I suspect your device can't handle the current needs of the game and that it is NOT a conspiracy because you don't spend real money on the game.

  • Got the same problem eyeballjon. No nobody really wants to fix it.

    I've been in touch with EA and the person contacting me is doing a good job and says the developers are working on it. I an not to sure a lot is happening in the background.
  • generally this can be resolved by deleting the app from your device and re installing.

    Based on info other users have supplied in other threads, this does not appear to be true.
