Homer flying on the sleigh

I wonder if it's glitched because of the overlapping sleigh task with Santa's Village, which not everyone has. Does everyone see Homer flying the sleigh, or just those who bought the village?

Anyhow, I can't trigger the next part and I can't clear the competed task.
