Homer repeating the "reset mypad" quest?
I saw that too but I just assumed it to be another reference to other hacks and sorts, could be wrong though

I think this happens when you did not finish the Sacajawea Lisa quest line. Same thing happened on my feeder town where I haven't built Moe's yet and can't finish the 'hunt turkeys' task.
Odd, cuz my feeder town doesn't have Moes yet, and it got the turn back clock task, but not in my main town! which I had all stuff done.
