Homer Stuck

It doesn't even show up when I tap him. His icon shows in the upper left corner too. I took a screen shot to show him bent over and his icon showing but can't figure out how to post pic without uploading it to a photo site. I probably need to contact EA on this one.

Nope and nope. I find it kinda funny myself.

This is a known issue and you need to contact EA to fix it.

I already researched this extensively and in ever case the only way it was resolved was by contacting EA. It recently happened to another player and it has happened in the past. I could not find any documentation of a user being able to fix this issue on their own.
