Game stuck on initial loading screen (Android)

As the title states, anyone else stuck on the disney/lucasfilm logo? Since the update yesterday it will load no further than that point. Opened a ticket this morning and tried uninstalling, removing cache and data, everything. Will not load at all

    Same here. Got unstuck as soon as I got connected from a wifi router.

    Impossible from a 4g/5g connection though...

    Same here... Galaxy S23 Ultra. the game only works with WIFI, in 4G/5G mobile data, it does not work, the game remains stuck on a black screen...
