Homer's Chiliad: Freemium Walkthrough

I just played 5-6 more games. Nada but pills :( I can't seem to get only 25-30 turtles each game. If I had an open area, I think I'd move the cauldron there and try it. My turtles are mostly on streets, but show up anywhere.
