@drumminBeard: sometimes I just get a banner across the top of the page. This morning I had 2 in inventory, one from crafting one from the sub. Both were collected by IRS. I don't recall having the dismiss screen, but will pay closer attention tomorrow. I know for certain that screen comes up if you tap the periscope.
Edit: you're right there's a pop up that you received a tile, I just rushed it to check, and it's easy to get distracted when you have a house full of guests and kids helping :roll:
