How can I remove buildings or bushes and streets?

yes, click the button with the 4 arrows on it in the lower right hand corner, in between the Bart and Milhouse buttion, and the hammer and saw button.

Now click any building, tree, road, etc. and you will be able to move it, sell it, store it, or destroy it.

This is very useful for perfecting your layout!
