How "canon" do you keep your Springfield?

Besides the first things you mentioned, almost not at all. I like the ability this game gives us to do almost whatever we want. It's cool when people try to recreate Springfield, but I'm doing my own thing. I've got giant Space Invaders right down the middle of my map and I wouldn't have it any other way.

    Same here. Doesn't feel right not having them neighbors. :D
    Other than that I don't worry about it.

    I am not even certain there is anything like a canon for most of Springfield. I have Simpsons next to Flanders and that is it really. I also have Moe's next to Toots but I am pretty sure the first time I saw Toots, Homer came out of Moe's and went across the road to get to it.

    Given the movable feast that is The design of Springfield, I don't' really care.
