How many Monorail glitches have you experienced so far?

according to tstoaddicts the sebastian cobbs is tired glitch isnt a glitch. Each day has a different cap. yesterday was 4,500 today 9,000. When you reached that number (or just over that) you are done with collecting from projects on that day.

Its strange tho because yesterday I had 6000 blue prints I'm pretty sure about that. And now i have 13000 which means i haven't reached the cap yet. But still I can't use the project board.
