nah,when I downloaded the game I had the french version since my Iphone was set to french( the game was called the simpsons: Springfield) but I was sick of french dialogs and buildings names so I went in my iphone options and set my iphone language to english,now my games in english and called Simpsons:Tapped out and everythings english when I play so I suggest you try setting your iphone language to spanish then reopen the game.
