The channel one works. Promise. once I redid the task (I set it for Arnie Pye cuz he pays out so much, and even sped it with donuts. Ack.). I got one handshake, left it alone, and got another handshake just as before. I just leave that single handshake untouched, and have collected about six times already. I assume the other stuff still works, too. You just need to set up again.

I created a void near my LZ, just to put a few brown houses there. I wanted to make sure my neighbors always had something to tap.

Don't feel bad, I also added 8 brown houses,which will go back into storage til next Xmas. I visited a couple of towns with NOTHING to tap and That's very frustrating... Waiting for the Simpson House is not great.

I know you and Snowy are one my friends list so I want to let you know that I, too, add some brown houses back (12). They are located just below my blue house farm. There is also 10 - 23 KEMs over there too.

Hopefully by the end of the week, I'll hit my money goal and be tearing down my blue house farm but will leave up the brown houses and KEMs until the end of the event.

Why add more then 3 houses?
We can only click 3 and the next neighbour click the same ones.

Well if you don't clear your three handshakes from the three brown houses, your next neighbor won't be able to see the $ on them.
