No, mods are not for general technical support. In cases where people have lost items due to someone else accessing their town, I can notify the forum admin, and they will bring this quickly to the attention of somebody who can help.

I feel better now thx :)- My sister trolled me and bombed my town, so I contacted EA and they put everything back - change your password to a more complex one and contact EA to bring your town back :)
- Yeah, when someone got into my account and sold all my premium items, I contacted ea and they gave them all back to me. Just don't keep replying to their e-mail; it resets your position in the queue.
- Nightmare! I would be heartbroken if this happened to me.
