Ice Princess Martin - quest but didn't buy Ice Castle?

I've got Ice Princess Martin skin from when it was released previously (for free). Had his questline pop up again when the Ice Castle hit the store again. You can complete the first part (1hr task)...

I also hope that they remove this obsolete quest for those who did not buy the castle. It's quite annoying.
