- There are still two weeks left in this event. Shouldn't you at least wait until it's over before complaining that you didn't get all of the prizes?
- Yeah, we should push all your prams up to EA's doors, and prevent their employees from going home after a long hard days work.
If anyone slips through, they'll get clobbered by the rattles thrown from said prams. casinolyrics wrote:

Then it would be too late :P
EA adjusted the odds on the wheel during an event, right ? My guess, it was in response to the massive number of complaints. We need more complaint threads, and flood their customer support with box complaints too. Squeaky wheel.
Amen to THAT. :thumbup:teo47 wrote:

It doesn't matter how long we still have to win the prizes. The fact is we don't want to win we want to collect like for the pre Xmas events. I don't care if I have to buy some event currency to complete an event but only if by doing so, I know what I will receive in return (and a chance at winning an undetermined prize is not enough information for me). I don't gamble with my money or with my donuts!- Personally, I'll take as many complaint threads as we can muster. It only demonstrates just how many different people are frustrated with the event.
Which will get EA's attention better? 50 different threads of issues, or 2 threads? I tend to think that a higher volume of complaints will garner more attention. Bravewall wrote:
I'd rather people heed my recommendation of not getting so upset about multiple complaint threads, if they can just as easily ignore them. And if they can't do that then... just try not to make the complaint threads any more redundant then they already are. That's just my recommendation, but at the end the day what I'm here is stop insults callouts and personal attacks, not to create more unnecessary rules that people have to follow, and that me and other mods have to enforce.
Exactly! It's so easy to ignore them, especially when the title makes it pretty clear what it is lol!drumnman wrote:

Yes this is why complaints are good, if it gets their attention we're one step closer to them doing something about the problem! If people don't like the complaints threads they don't have to read them.- Bump...just cause I can
- Some people don't grasp the concept of gambling.
I've spent only on getting TWO pink egg generators, thats it. I haven't gotten the blocko store, the lizards, father sean, or shari bobbins. My spending money on those didn't entitle me to greater odds. - jimmyw31Seasoned Newcomer

As Annette pointed out so clearly in a thread last night, tapped out is NOT a gambling game. It's a town building, creative, collecting, co-operative game (to paraphrase, sorry to Annette). EA introduced the gambling aspect when it wasn't requested, and it isn't being tolerated by the long term players. I'm a mostly freemium player, and I'm happy with what I "win" but it took Annette's thoughtful response to make me really realize why this update is upsetting so many premium players and why this goes beyond just getting stuff. spidergirl79 wrote:

You are correct. But the majority of complaints are about this event being a chance based system to begin with. You just have to overlook the complaints that are irrational...ie 'I spent donuts on eggs! Where are my characters, buildings, etc?!' I don't like the chance based system either, which is why I won't spend donuts on eggs.
