I'm embarrassed , please help me

It just completes the task. Don't do it. Just collect from the restsurants. Save your donut.

It's saying you can complete the quest by spending a donut, instead of collecting from the restaurants.

You should be embarrassed. The task is to collect money. Using the donuts just speeds up the process of collecting the money. You can do it for free. It's the equivalent of speeding up a character's task with donuts.

So it's a trick to get you to spend a donut?

But by asking questions people become less stupid.

Oh great, Joshsherer is back. The forum was nice for the last little while. Knew it couldnt last...

I actually wish they would put a confirmation button on the use of donuts. There have been a few times were the screen is slightly delayed and I've accidentally spent donuts because I happened to be tapping the wrong part of the screen when the delay caught up.

Um.....there's a donut confirmation button. You just have to turn it on. Go into the buy menu and tap the little "i", and it will open the option.

Edit....it came with the Whacking Day Update. I'm surprised you didn't know about it.
