If I tap the main entrance to the park, the payout cool down window that opens has another option to buy tickets. Similar to buying a scratch card from Kwik E Mart. No doubt you'll eventually have the option when you reach the appropriate level.

I hope you mean questline part, because I'm at level 32 and I don't have that option.
