No, should be available in the build menu... looks like just a normal NPC from what I can tell.

It's in the Characters menu. Also in the New Stuff menu.

Speaking of which... Now that it's officially available, does it do anything? Or is it just another expensive NPC?

bw fountain is now not unique anymore either. and yeah bye to Tennis Court. maybe next time if everyone would shut up about them that won't happen

No clue what the drone does. Can't find any hints on it either.

If it's just a deco or npc, that makes it the easiest pass ever.
That said, if it does something useful, I'll have to consider it.

Yeah people never even tried to Fight Club it here I noticed... all the same, it still took them a LONG time to address it.

Place the IRS in your town and it will show in store

The non-unique Squidport Fountain was a nice surprise. I always wanted 9 of them and now I have them :) :D

To be fair, EA are the ones that advertised it in the store menu, and plenty of people were saying it was intentional or something along those lines
