Inexpensive tablet to play the game on?
I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7" and the game runs fine (Latest model is Tab 4). Get something with 1.5Gb RAM and you should be ok. Cost €150 Edit Also comes in 8"

I don't know if you have them where you live? But the ARCHOS tablets are really good (tap good and are fast) and don't cost too much.....
Edit : Even though the Amazon one is good, you have to be good in computers to get the layers off. With the layer Amazon puts on that only allows you to put their games.....it's lousy. I have one and I never play the game on it. I prefer my phone.
