Is everything in the new area supposed to triple?

Opening a piece of new land and I get a donut rock, some tree bundles, and a buffalo. But then when I move them, I find there’s 3 of each occupying the same spot. Is this supposed to happen or is i...

That’s what I thought.

I quite like it though for the tree bundles because by keeping all these duplicates it means I can make a denser forest area using less single trees, but having 3 of those huts is a bit of an annoyance.

Also, I get to mine for donuts 3 times per rock which is very nice.

Hopefully I can unlock more land and get more tree bundles and donuts before they fix it.
