Is Rubber Baby and Ms. Botz worth it?

My ironclad rule, since I don't buy donuts, is to only spend the ones I grind out on actual characters, and only when they offer a bonus (I recently bought King Winter).

My current dilemma is the ticket bonus for Ms. Botz which would get me to a platinum box as well. I'm basically looking for validation to break my own rules.

I also like Ms. Botz, as she is a super classic character.
