Is taking advantage of in game glitches cheating?
I say no. There are no "rules" for this games therefore cheating can occur. Is it unethical, well that's a different questions, but no I don't think it's unethical either.

The big 4 have been designed differently to all other buildings and the stackable handshakes are just one difference which promotes community play.
So because the Konami code was included in tons of games, entering it to gain full power-up's or an extra 30 lives is feature, and not a cheat?
Not cheating at all, Konami put that in there, and knew everyone knew about it. Again, it is still using everything provided by the game. Using a game shark or something to duplicate the exact same thing if Konami hadn't put the code in would be be cheating.
