Is taking advantage of in game glitches cheating?
I say no. There are no "rules" for this games therefore cheating can occur. Is it unethical, well that's a different questions, but no I don't think it's unethical either.

Not even kinda true. People buying multiple weather stations will do it much faster. Yes they will be spending in game money to do it but they are still getting Xp and donuts faster than the normal player. I quoted only this section because this is the only part I disagree with. As I stated it is a single player game so it is cheating if that single player feels it is.
