- Why can't we have the same argument over and over if it is within the ToU?

I don't see any rule in there that fits my question. However, that Cyan guy said to me via PM that he finds me deplorable and is going to block me. I lol'd when he said "deplorable".JoshSherer wrote:

Hmm. I guess it's not so much about the arguing, as it is the insults, trolling, and disruption to the forum. I'm sure it's all very open to interpretation.- mwdaltonNew Spectator

I began playing in December last year. I missed last year's Halloween including all the characters, buildings, and decorations. I've been saying forever that "limited time" =\= "one time only". I was proven right when they brought back Mafia Tom. I've been waiting nearly 10 months to have collected all the characters on that character collection screen. Also, there were about 7 buildings and 2 decorations that I missed (black hole and the Mayan calendar puzzle thing).
If EA screws over those who's started playing in November and later, I'm going to be genuinely pissed. It takes literally zero effort to re-add characters to be purchased that were already designed and implemented. I also want new content of course, but if EA makes the goal to "collect them all" (the characters), and then makes it an impossible goal to accomplish, EA will officially be terrible at everything they do until next Halloween when they can try again to get it right. I just have a feeling they're going to blow it big time and I'm going to be letdown as usual. They never brought back the Duff Racer either which was stupid of EA considering they could just sell it for donuts. Obviously they're not very business savvy or they would have brought it back in September.
But most of all, if Kang doesn't return I may just stop playing completely. He was in the game files with Kodos for the season finale episode, but the episode was postponed to this upcoming season. They better actually put them into the game now.
I've never posted before but I just gotta call bullsh*t on you josh. Ea shouted you out and you showed your true colors. You'll never stop playing no matter how much Halloween sucks!
You complain to a company, because you want to give them a chance to improve.
If you just want to leave, you wouldn't bother complaining, you would just leave.
Ergo, Josh doesn't want to quit, he wants the game developers to do better. supermom5778 wrote:

Hey now, this is Josh here. Look at his signature and then you will know that this is why he got a shout out. :wink:supermom5778 wrote:

I was grateful for the shoutout, but that has literally nothing to do with anything. I've been complaining about the lack of returning Halloween items since I made my account on this board. And I almost quit when I thought Legs and Louie were coming without Fat Tony. I may very well stop playing if I can't achieve the goal of collecting all the characters. It makes the game pointless if its a game that cannot ever be won.JoshSherer wrote:

Exactly. Except I would change the quote from "makes the game pointless if its a game that cannot ever be won" to "completed".
I'm with Josh here. I started at Christmas. Missed out on a lot, but not as much as the people who joined in March (missing Valentine's Day), or April (missing *. Patrick's Day), or July (missing Whacking Day), etc. I don't care if they bring back the same stuff I was able to get the first time around. I'm sure they will have new very expensive stuff for the old timers that the newbies can't afford. And does it affect my game if the newbies get to buy the old stuff? No. Will it help me for the things that I missed? Yes.
EA is a business. This game will continue as long as it is still making money. PLUS how can you continue a story line if the new gamers can't get the characters? Answer: You can't. So would those of you who do not want the old stuff to come back want a story line to stop?
This entire argument is non-productive. EA will do what makes the most money. And I agree with what ever they do.
Except I want picnic tables. And I want them to be able to go in SF and KL and SP. And I want the characters to sit on them facing the table. :-)- Wow   There are some real spoiled people out here...it's only a game..do you really have to compensate by having "things" in a game and want no one else to have it because your life purely sucks. So you can feel special in a virtual world?!? SMH lol
