Is the Neighbor's Boardwalk piece glitch still around?

is it me or are Boardwalk fences 360 rotatable? If so they would be the first item in the game we can turn 360. Hopefully a good sign. Could be just me though?

It's been confirmed, you won't lose a tile, no idea if it resets the timer, I doubt it. It was fixed with one of the small updates last week. Search for it, there was a lot of threads about it last week.
