No, but the IRS building will collect all items within its range.
Another option is to use the jobs that send almost all characters to the same buildings, like the Swelldorado or the KeM

It appears the choice after that was selected as "spam" vs report

You have to hit flag and then choose spam or report.

I'm thinking about working on amassing a huge amount of donuts. Like 10,000. And then putting most of my XP decorations in storage. They really are unsightly and use up so much of the decoration limit.
