Not sure as it hasn't happened to me you could try 1. Clearing your Cache 2. Make sure you are updated to latest game version 3. Try restarting your device 4. Try uninstalling and reinstalling ...

There is a method that works for me. I don't know if it works for anybody else, but I can play only a minute without it.
1. Tap ont TSTO icon while both wifi and data turned off
2. Tap "Retry" a few times
3. Tap Settings-> wifi on
4. Go back
5. Tap Retry until the game loads
