Issue with running out the clock goal

Thanks for the heads up. I was about to start crafting some things.

Eh, I was thinking this event was turning into Easter 2.0 anyway. Not going to get to make all of what I wanted.

    Christmas random wheel - okay.
    Valentine's random wheel - meh.
    Easter random prize - No!

    Halloween prize crafting - okay.
    Superhero crafting - meh.
    This event crafting - No!

Anyone else seeing a pattern here?

Honestly crafting isn't as bad as the wheel/boxes you already are able to get all the prizes in a fair way.

    ^ This

I'll take crafting any day over the wheel/surprise-box... at least this way I can make what I want, rather than end up with 17 flower walls (because the wheel keeps landing on it/box keeps giving it) and none of the 'big' stuff.

    +1

I agree. I rather get what I want, then be stuck with a lot of stuff I don't.

As for this task, I'm going to be ignoring it. I'm just crafting what I want and doing my Level 52 task that has been waiting.

Does this mean that we will get an event which is okay next time?

I actually like this event, but then, I can log in quite often to get crafting materials.

Some of my friends have torn up all their roads except for a small strip for the Bobs to be on.
Too much work for me right now. But if they were going to do it anyway so as to either get more available land or because they wanted to use pavement instead, then now is a good time.

    Guilty as charged, neighbor ;)

Actually, it's no work at all. Literally, took about 90 seconds. No joke. And it will take exactly the same length of time to undo it later. Just drag the concrete right along where the roads are (as if you're "tracing" the road with the concrete), and later just drag the roads right along where the concrete is. Swish, swish, swish. Done.

Didn't do my main town, though. Because replacing road with concrete messes up edges of water around buildings that used to have bridge-frames.
