Have you folks tried logging in from a different brand of device? I’ve had problems resolve themselves by switching between my android and Apple devices. Maybe you can borrow something for a temporary install to see if it clears up. It is nice to at least know your cloud data is intact
Have no access to an Apple device as I don't know anyone who has one, game is perfect on the Stacks of Blue but still the same when I return to my phone.
