Issues with the meters

I have never gotten 5 stars and feel I have done everything too.
Oh we'll, not like I'm playing just for a 5 star rating.

You can do this with your stop signs and the only ones that will notice are the escaping convicts.

I am planning to get the Springfield sign soon. I wonder if I can hide a couple extra Krusty Burgers behind there to keep my 5 stars in Gluttony? Hmmmm.... I'm liking this hiding idea more and more!!!

I hide a lot of things in my town, it's annoying when you move your town around though having 50 stop signs and no for some reason my 5 k-marts haven't given me 5 stars

I like the hiding part, especially with my (new) Springfield sign. I can put the annoying Springfield Downs behind it so I don't have to see the floating dog head and yet can still have the tasks.

As for the 5 stars, it seems less useful to go from 4 or 4.5 (where I fluctuate) to 5 than to have a nice town. I don't want a bunch of extra junk just to get the .5. I guess it does become a mini-quest of sorts though...

I have 5 stars and only have 3 kwik e marts. In my experience they glitches... If I remove one stop sign right now ill drop half a star but it will take another 4 or 5 signs to bring me back up.
