Sometimes you are just going to lose.
Example: Kirk in my A-town gets sent overnight on the 8 hr job at the Cracker Factory instead of his 12 hr. Why? Because the $$ are the same but the XP pays more! 105 vs 100 XP base.
Of course if you care about that little thing you aren't going to use the JM anyway. :)
