absolutely akira but unfortunatly for the super collider, there's no availability of the Black Hole :( (the quest for it wasn't added back. last time it was available they were a combo Collider+BlackHole)

What triggers the KEM office? I saw some dialogue between Apu and Gill but don't see the KEM central office for sale.

I vote for:

1. Rancho Relaxo & Don Vittorio. I have never regretted this purchase. Don Vittorio is voiced and has 2 nice outdoor tasks. The building has a lot of design possibilities. Maybe you have seen mine just inside Springfield Heights?

2. Either the Happy Sumo because it provides another character or the Film Set with McBain to go with Krustylu Studios.

I have enough donuts left for Akira, but I'm considering saving them for Christmas. I'm still a couple of items shy of having parity in my 2 games and Santa's Workshop is one of them.

Unfortunately, he can't buy both the Film Set and Rancho Relaxo. With only 190 donuts in his hot little hands, as soon as wadebear buys the first of those, he won't have enough remaining in-bank to pay the initial full price for the second.

He CAN, however, buy Rancho Relaxo PLUS Akira, but only if he buys Rancho Relaxo first.
He can buy the Film Set PLUS Akira in any sequence.

Aaarrrggghhh.

I impulse-bought the Springfield sign and that threw my budget off, so had to buy more donuts due to not having enough for the initial costs for the other things I wanted! God, that thing is huge! :shock:

I also bought the Springfield Mtn.. it is huge!
