I thought the idea was to build multiple KEM's at one time.
The price goes up as you build more and maxes out at $14,400 after 25 are built. You want to sell them to drop the price back down for maximum efficiency. That, and I would have no spare room anywhere in my Springfield if I didn't sell them after earning my sweet, sweet donuts.
Bear in mind that even after the $14440 max price for KEM, it is still a considerably better ratio than the standard Rat Trap Truck or Bloodmobile. So go ahead and build more if you have the space and money. I used to do about 50 at a time, and know of people who do 100+. But keeping it <25 ensures you have the best cash/donut ratio
