Period.I'd rather keep igc for donuts farming plus for me I don't really need any land at the moment even if it does need land tokens. Definitely not telling you how to play your own game, but here’s why I disagree. If you play the game long enough (and build up your multiplier to a sufficiently high value) the acquisition of igc becomes trivially easy. In other words you reach a point where you no longer have to make the hard choice between using igc for farming versus land acquisition. On the other hand it certainly looks as though land tokens are going to continue to be a very limited resource. And once you reach the point where land plots can only be purchased with tokens, your ability to expand will slow to a crawl. If I had it to do over again, knowing what I know now, I would have hoarded my tokens (even if that meant “voluntarily” curtailing land expansion for a time and perhaps storing some acquired content) and then subsequently used them for the token-only plots (thus avoiding or minimizing the “involuntary” curtailment of land expansion that now plagues many users).

Not sure sure if this is the right place for this but the subject was land expansions. Has anyone heard anything on land expansion for Springfield Heights. I am expanded as far as I can and would love to be able to expand more there.

This land token update sucks. I have been playing for 5 years, I am currently at level 280. I have nearly every character that has been offered, premium and earned, nearly 300 taskable characters. I have over 100 million in game cash that is only useful for land or if I want to clutter my town with more crap. I am at the point where I can only expand with tokens. You get what, 6 tokens an event? That doesn't even give you the room to place the items, especially buildings with characters attached, for that event. At least not without making your town look like a cluster #@*#. Please bring back land purchase or at least make a way to craft tokens.

You could craft land tokens last event, but only 1 per act. They should take the limit off. Craft as many as you can afford.

They released a building called the Golden Goose Realty for 150 donuts. The building generated a land token every 12 hours. But the building was only available for a limited time and has not been available since. Save up your donuts and keep an eye out for it to return.
