Let it snow, let it snow! <3
I took some pics of scenes that look better because of the heavy snow effect. I love the increase in snowfall; it makes it very exciting - like an actual snowstorm event! - which doesn’t happen often where I live. I’m very happy to be able to rely on snow in Springfield!
I’ve sent everyone inside during the blizzard; except the folks we usually see out in bad weather: compulsive joggers, smokers, police, dog walkers, the homeless - and anyone appropriately dressed for snow.
Did the Gimbels store get a new Christmas facade or does it have wreaths all year?
How cute are these guys? But it’s odd this is an NPC, not a task.
This task looks so much better in the snow. He’ll be shivering for a while. :D
Yay for Mr Plow truck finally!
Anyone else enjoy hot tubbing in the snow? It’s my favorite winter activity!
Shinning Hotel and the hedge maze especially, looks much better in snow!
Snow improves my historic battleground park area design at the bottom of the river valley.
Across the river valley is my ski slope area, which has a frozen spill from Ned’s car. Only in the winter does this frozen item make any sense.
The other side of my ski mountain also looks better with snow, as it’s these clouded buildings that I’ve tried to portray as snow-covered year-round due to high elevation.
Only during the winter season do I task Willie to work at the Christmas Village action show. It’s a crowd favorite!
This guy’s plans seem far more sinister this year!
I’m looking forward to seeing how the event progresses, hopefully with more original content like this snowfall increase effect we’re seeing now. This is the most exciting thing to happen in my SF in years!
Happy tapping!
