She never prompted mine just went straight onto build high school :)

I didn't get an update hmm

The prompts popped up for me without tapping on anyone (they were all on tasks).

I just finished level 33's tasks last night they really aren't giving you breathing room on this game anymore. I was hoping to have some time to focus on Krustyland.

Bug? Or did you skip through it? There was a cute little dialogue before the prompt. I went into the build menu and it was hidden and didn't appear until the prompt was done.

Yeah might be a krustly land thing. but i was lucky as skinner was just free and he prompts the 2nd quest
