Level 59 disappeared!

Who said I started the game before the download ended? I didn't so do you have any advice other than a snarky, know-it-all, unhelpful remark?

that happens when you do it. it's ea being stupid and not disabling that. The only way to recover it is to uninstall and reinstall (or clear the game data from the settings of your phone and redownload the update)

I never "start playing while game is downloading in background" I always make sure the download is complete because in the past its caused a huge lag in my game.

It all came back anyway, I just went on without doing any of that and Quimby and Gina were assigned to their task like nothing happened.

I just wish that damn Donut would not keep sliding away showing the MB downloaded.

During long updates I like to know it is actually downloading and I don't have to baby it waiting for the retry screen.

And it says you can start playing while the game is loading, but that's untrue.

force close and reopen. if that doesn' t work: reinstall the game and they'll be back. be sure to not tap when it's downloading.

If there's one person on this forum who's earned the right to actually be a know-it-all, it's LPN.

i said to an ea customer service person to report to remove that feauture of starting without download being over, and he said that he'd have reported it but still nothing. the other thing that was problematic was solved so i think they're somehow trying to solve this too. i've seen almost daily reports on the playstore of people thinking they lost their towns and can't help them cause playstore is stupid and i need to have them in my circles and me in theirs to message them...
