Boobarella
Sell peanuts from cart (needs peanut cart) and "burn at stake"

To add to the above post, the black hole is stationary and is a decoration so therefore doesn't have tasks. The Burns Monster is a walking decoration but also doesn't have tasks.

I got Number 51 purely just so I could have my Stonecutter table more full when they sing together :)

I did the same. Wiggum and Krusty looked so lonely.
