Locked out of game
Are you locked out as in you can't sign in or what exactly is your issue

I did open a ticket it they had it unanswered for a week and then they closed it and they said you need to sit by while we fix it we can't give you a time frame. then they close my ticket and Here I am out $500 and nothing to play
Ok, that's really not cool. :( They could at least give you some compensation. When you can get in again, open a ticket again with the time you were unable to play, just to have it filed on your profile for next time.
