Logged into game - Weird Message - Missing Items!!

You may have been a victim of the wrong town glitch. Some player gets dumped into your town by error. Perhaps your visitor crafted some Human Test Subjects. Those use the gummies.

If it is the wrong town glitch, it could happen again. A bunch of the people who have gotten dumped into the wrong town lately, have been returned to that same town multiple times .

You can contact customer support. See if they'll replace some of your items. Maybe they can restore to a save from the night before. There's a link at the bottom of this page. Then type "tapped" into the search box. From there, scroll down to find a contact button.
  • Are you freaking serious? That's so messed up, it makes me not want to play anymore. I log onto this game 20 times a day to build up my items and money, and some jackazz comes and spends it? How is that even possible? Like really??

    I clicked on the customer support thing, like you said, and it only showed me a bunch of dumb questions that don't apply to my problem. And where it says "Does this answer your question" and I click "No", nothing happens.


    I'm really upset about this :(

    As well you should be. It's a very serious problem. And it just keeps coming back like a bad penny :(

    I would be really upset too. I would definitely try to contact EA customer support as soon as possible to hopefully get this resolved. Good luck.
  • here's a Customer Support link at the bottom of this page in the column labelle "Help".

    Click on that, then choose "Help with a Game". Then search for Tapped Out.

    Scroll all the way down on the new page, and choose "Contact Us".

    Choose your platform, hit "next", complete the form.

    It should give you a choice of a Live Chat or phone call.
