It took me longer than I'd like to admit to realize these tasks were costing $$ haha

Or I'd like to make one final thing as well. Are you sure your last actions synced? There's been times I may close the app and my last actions didn't save (like sending SH tasks, collection of money, etc).

I suspect it's your math to blame, not the game

I have yet to figure out how players are accumulating millions of dollars in this game. I do okay generating about 200K a day, depending on tasks but with land costing upwards of 200K each, it's difficult to amass game cash in the millions. 'Course, I've only been playing for about six months. Maybe I'll catch on one of these days.

I've been playing for several years, and each new land expansion would clean my cash reserve out.

It wasn't until we were able to create a large amount of wailing walls last Halloween, which increased my bonus multiplier significantly, that i could accrue millions so much quicker.

So do whatever you can do increase that multiplier percentage! Get it up over 100, more like 200%!

A trick that has helped me out was utilizing a premiums task.. Example - when I bought Akira.. One of the tasks related to him is to send Springfielders to eat Fugu.. It pays a premium rate. Akira has a joint task that goes along with it so if you don't do his task, you can keep doing the premium springfielders task over and over again.. I've been doing this for over a month now and currently have $5M in bank and all the land except one square purchased.

Poor Akira will not ever finish his task until I have a big stock pile of money saved.

I don't remember who posted that tip or what thread I saw it in but it has been a HUGE help. Something to keep in mind if you ever purchase a premium character and they end up having a task like this.

It's just gonna get worse. The farther out you go the more expensive land gets. 2 million for the most expensive piece I think.

We older players (18 months) have big multipliers and lots of building and character payouts to multiply.

My multiplier is 307.30% so a Blue house - which normally pays out $150 every 8 hours - pays me $460. Oh, and I have 300 of them so that's $138,000 every 8 hours. If I snag them 3 times a day that's 414,000. And that's just my Blue Houses.

Houses used to all cost the same. They changed it so that the price of buildings jumps up ridiculously the more you buy.

Are you by chance working on Monty Burn's Money Mountain?

Some buildings also cost $$$ before payout, eg. Radio stations broadcast, farming.
