Losing Money
Other than contacting EA, they are the only people that are going to be able to help you with this, I guess you can try to uninstall and reinstall the game before you open a case #. If you want help...

Or I'd like to make one final thing as well. Are you sure your last actions synced? There's been times I may close the app and my last actions didn't save (like sending SH tasks, collection of money, etc).
