Lost Bob's Mansion and Pond

Happened to me as well E.. Reloaded game, etc.

Nada.

I am on the phone with EA now. :?

Maybe if you get the right EA rep, they will rollback your town.

You might lose a days progress but at least you will have the donuts back.

That stinks and ain't right. Keep trying? Sorry to hear, and hope they set it right for you.

And with that, my enjoyment of this game has taken a huge hit.......

Force quit the app, then restart your phone. The pond was where I placed it before it rolled back.

Sorry to hear this, it's just wrong to be treated so badly! Hopefully, someone at EA will make it right since a few others are experiencing the same issue.

A few months ago I spoke to a Customer Service person on the phone and she new Exactly how many donuts I had, when I had gotten them, and how many I'd spent. Keep trying until you get someone who will / knows how to help you.

I think they will fix your problem when you run into a knowledgeable person. If they don't, I understand your frustration. I gave up on Roller Coaster tycoon due to similar issues. I'd sometimes lose items that I bought with tickets when I visited friends. I got so annoyed that it kept happening that I gave up on the game. I hope that doesnt' happen to me one day on Tapped Out!

At the least, have them roll back to right before your purchase and see if you can get the donuts back.

I don't have much faith in their support. Some just run you through the motions and some actually try to help but apparently don't have much they can do. Good luck .

You could try a roll back to before the purchase and maybe it will restore the donuts. Good luck.
