Lost everything done from 3/4/15

Well that sucks I hope you get it sorted out
  • I would not be a happy camper if that happened to me. I've lost like 30 minutes in my game but losing all that stuff would really irritate me. Hope, for your sake, EA acts quickly so you can get back to playing your game. Good luck

    I've read that people get MUCH better response using the telephone system, where EA calls you back in the order your call was received. Apparently, EA set up a whole new division. I have never used it, so don't know how to select the option, but maybe someone here can point you in the right direction.

    They are supposedly much more responsive ... Maybe it's the personal aspect of hearing the panic in a player's voice.

    BTW, I highly recommend opening your side of the conversation with the sentence "First of all, WHATEVER they're paying you isn't enough." Which --for a job in customer complaints -- is always true.
  • That sucks. It's never happened to me, but if it did I'd be pretty upset. Whenever I'm done my tapping for the day, I always go into my KL or friend list, then back into my SF, so that it says "Synchronizing..." at the bottom of the loading page. I've heard that helps ensure everything was saved properly.
