Loud Buzzing Sound and cannot log on

I just experienced the buzzing sound problem. I'm Level 26 and was doing my normal activities and just finished building El chemistro. Then it locked up with the buzz sound. I exited and came back in, same thing. rebooted the ipad. Same thing. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled, same thing. Tried playing on my iphone same thing. I can exit Origin and play anonymously. ugh!
